At AnyFit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items such as personal care or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@anyfit.store with your order details.
  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Contact us immediately after delivery for assistance.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, downloadable products, and clearance items are non-refundable.
